Knowing more about when you use energy can provide useful insight and allow you to take control of your energy usage.

How do I get logged on?

You should have received your portal login details when you joined YGP or in January 2025 when the portal was launched. If you don’t know your password, you can follow the forgotten your password link to reset this. If you have any trouble logging on, please get in touch and we will help you get online.

What can I do once I’m logged in?

Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your usage in a graph between your chosen date period. You can also download detailed data showing how much energy you use every half hour of the day.

I don’t have a smart meter, how can I get one?

If you don’t have a smart meter, please get in touch to request one.

Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and ensure your data is handled in compliance with data protection laws.

Availability of data

Data is only available if the meter was fully operational and communicating during the requested period.

If your meter has encountered communication issues, such as temporary network loss or hardware malfunctions, we may be unable to retrieve the data.
