Promoter: Yorkshire Gas & Power (“YGP”) is a trading name for E E Solutions Limited, [6748590], [4305 Park Approach, Leeds, England, LS15 8GB].
Programme: YGP Christmas Incentives 2025 (the “Programme”).
Period: [00:01, 17 November 2025] to [23:59, 12 December 2025] (unless amended per clause 9).

1. Eligibility

1.1 Open only to UK Broker Partners with a current, signed agreement with YGP and in good standing.
1.2 For any prize directed at individual broker staff, entrants must be 18+ and employed or contracted by an eligible Broker Partner.
1.3 YGP employees, agents and their immediate families are excluded.
1.4 Employer approval: Broker Partners must confirm that staff participation and prize receipt are permitted under their own policies.

2. Compliance & Conduct

2.1 All activity must comply with applicable laws and codes, including the UK Bribery Act 2010, Criminal Finances Act 2017, UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018, and the CAP Code for prize promotions.
2.2 Incentives must not encourage mis-selling or behaviour contrary to customer interests. YGP may audit samples to verify compliance.
2.3 YGP may withhold or retract rewards if it reasonably suspects fraud, manipulation, or material breach.

3. Qualifying Sales

3.1 A Qualifying Sale is a contract introduced by a Broker Partner that:
(a) is submitted to YGP within the Programme Period;
(b) passes YGP’s internal quality, pricing and credit checks within three (3) working days of submission; and
(c) is accepted by YGP into its active sales pipeline (“Accepted Sale”).
3.2 Submissions received during the Programme Period but accepted within this three-day grace window will still qualify.
3.3 Submissions that are cancelled, withdrawn, or fail to reach accepted status within the grace window will not qualify.
3.4 YGP’s internal records will be final for determining timing and acceptance status.

4. Rewards & Payment

4.1 Reward types and mechanics are set out in the applicable Schedule(s).
4.2 Unless stated otherwise, monetary rewards are payable to the Broker Partner entity (not individuals) within 30 days of YGP confirming performance, plus VAT where applicable.
4.3 Non-cash prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. YGP may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

5. Prize Promotions

5.1 No purchase necessary. One entry per person per day unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Winners selected at random by an auditable method, supervised or verified by an independent person.
5.3 Winners notified by email within 2 business days; failure to respond within 7 days may forfeit the prize.
5.4 Alcohol prizes: entrants must be 18+; age verification may be required. A non-alcoholic alternative will be offered on request.

6. Publicity & Social Posts

6.1 With consent, YGP may publish the winner’s first name/initial, employer, and region.
6.2 Any social posts made at YGP’s request or in exchange for entries or benefits must be clearly identifiable as advertising (e.g., #ad, #sponsored by YGP).

7. Data Protection

7.1 YGP processes minimal personal data (name, work email, employer, entry data) solely to administer the Programme under legitimate interests.
7.2 Retention: prize promotions — 6–12 months; financial rewards — up to 7 years for audit.

8. Liability

8.1 YGP accepts no responsibility for entries or communications not received due to network or IT issues.
8.2 Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8.3 Subject to 8.2, YGP’s total liability under the Programme is limited to the value of the relevant reward.

9. General

9.1 YGP may pause, amend or end the Programme or any Schedule on reasonable notice (or immediately where required by law or to prevent abuse).
9.2 These Terms sit alongside the Broker Partner Agreement; in any conflict, YGP may determine which prevails for the Programme.
9.3 Governing law: England & Wales; exclusive jurisdiction: courts of England & Wales.
